Terms of Service

Van Life Tech works hard to respond to all inquiries, service and/or support requests, email and phone communication within 24-48 business hours. Our electronic systems are on-line 24/7, if we are unable to answer a call when placed – leave a message as they are forwarded and/or submit a contact or service request. Quoted pricing is good for 10 Days. Standard lead-times are 2-4 weeks from Date-of-Payment. Once payment is made and an order is put into production, there is a 15% order cancellation and restocking fee. Once an order has been shipped and/or access to our proprietary information, media & methods have been granted – orders become non-refundable, non-returnable. All orders are governed by the “Van Life Tech Customer Purchase, Confidentiality, Non-Compete and Waiver of Liability Agreement.”   Van Life Tech Warranty covers all products and components supplied for a Period of 2 Years from Date of Installation when Professionally Installed by Van Life Tech and/or one of its Approved / Trained Affiliates – in good standing and a Period of 1 Year from the Date of Purchase in DIY applications.
